Internationally reknowned artist Sam McDowell adorns this 2 3/4 inch pocket knife scrimshaw design. The knife itself is made by Kai Cutlery of Seki City, Japan, a company with a legendary history as makers of samurai swords. The blade is surgical steel with a brass liner, nickel silver repousse bolsters, and decorated with an intricate tracery of filework. The handles are highly polished camel bone. Each knife is individually hand-engraved and signed by the artist. Delivered in a custom croc-design leather pouch. Actual scrimshaw design will vary (from the photo) depending on availability.
